About the Event

The role of Vitamin D in COVID-19 has been a hot throughout the pandemic. We have more light to shed on this hot topic now and two giants will be discussing it; Professor Adrian Martineau and Dr. Richard Quinton. Adrian Martineau is Clinical Professor of Respiratory Infection and Immunity at Queen Mary University of London. He is a respiratory physician with a research interest in the effects of vitamin D on human health. He also leads the COVIDENCE UK study and the CORONAVIT trial. Dr. Quinton is a renowed figure in the field of Endocrinology and expert on Vitamin D metabolism and author of many papers on the subject.
